Ensure that grandMA2 is running a session.I believe you will have to restart the software once the DMX mapping is finished. Once you’ve assigned the channels, go to Mapping in the main menu and click on Stop. Here’s a snapshot of how I’ve assigned my DMX Channels for a simple output. Once you click on “ Edit Composition DMX Map“, most of the components on the screen turns red to let you assign DMX Channels into those components.
In the main menu, go to Mapping > Edit Composition DMX Map. You must find something that says “ ArtNet Input for Lumiverse 1”Ĭhannel offset: 0 (Not sure what this one is do let me know if this is of any prominent use) In the main menu, go to Arena > Preferences > “ DMX” tab. Universe: 0 (This is the Art-Net Universe and should be same as Resolume) Subnet: 0 (Should be same as Resolume settings) LocalStart: 11 (Because I patched the dimmers to Universe 11)Īmount: 1 (It is the number of Universes you want to output) In the Art-Net tab, turn on the Art-Net Output Active. Go to Setup > “ Network” tab > Network Protocols. You will need an MA hardwar e, at least an onPC node to activate parameters.
